Currently serving as President of BMC IT Consulting Services, Mark applies his deep knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Agile methodologies, and strategic planning to deliver IT and business excellence.

During his tenure as IT Director at Cisco (2019–2023), Mark led a major software management transformation, achieving a tenfold productivity increase and generating over $200 million in cost savings. Previously, he served as Senior Manager of Production Support at Cisco (2008–2019) and Program Manager for Global Business Process Reengineering at Apple Inc. (2005–2008). In these roles, he successfully implemented Agile frameworks, developed robust project management strategies, and led global teams to consistently achieve impactful outcomes.

He has led strategic transformation initiatives at industry giants such as Xerox and GE, focusing on global manufacturing systems and process improvement.

As a consulting partner, Sanjay has worked closely with leading organizations including Cisco, Netgear, Wyse, Tektronix, EA, Activision, and Vivendi Games—delivering measurable business value through technology enablement, process redesign, and customer-centric innovation.

He previously founded MeMe Information Technology, a consulting and development firm, and MeFy, a cutting-edge medtech startup. At MeFy, he led the development of MeFy Edge—a compact diagnostic and telemedicine device that integrates physiology, immunology, biochemistry, and hematology for real-time remote patient examination. He also spearheaded the creation of a remote patient monitoring device connected to a centralized command center. At MeMe, he envisioned non-invasive angiography and biochemistry solutions, and remains deeply passionate about artificial organ development and the future of intelligent, connected healthcare. During his tenure as Software Developer IV at BHG Money (2021–present), Phaneendra architected "Decision," a sophisticated AI-powered application integrating StrategyOne with internal and external interfaces for credit retrieval and loan decisions.
